Folks, I use the word corvina in the title to get those familiar with Panama to come on in. Corvina makes the best ceviche in the world. If you are unfamiliar with it, Google it.

By now you have guessed it is a fish. And I suppose my mola looks more like a rainbow trout than a corvina. But I get paid by the word....
