This mola measures about 15" x 9.5".

This mola is one of those that uses a fancy background material. This was a popular mola practice in the 1950's through the 1970's. I suppose some artists might do them today but I don't see them often.

The artist designs her mola around the cloth design. What I like best is it adds a lot of color and color is what mola art is all about. This mola exhibits a brilliant RED.

I call it Foursome because of the four critters. Must be going to play bridge.

The background material adds much to this mola.
