This mola measures 16.5" x 11".

This is a very old or vintage mola. It is a candidate for a museum. I have a pair of them but I am listing them separately. 16042225Lwill be the number of the mate. If Kuna culture and mola art really interests you this is a great pair of molas.

Back in the old days the artists started using a background cloth that added design to the mola itself. These molas are rare today but I found a whole box of them hiding out in the warehouse. I remember when I put the word out that I wanted to buy old molas. I think the artists went to their grandmother's closet and cut molas off old blouses.
