Vintage Doll from India Red Palms Red Dot Local Costume 20110901mm

This doll measures about 20" tall.

Folks, I picked this antique doll up at an Estate Sale. The seller said her grandfather bought it in India in 1943 for her grandmother. It was handed down to her mother and then to her.

Her grandfather was assigned to India during WW II. He was in the US Army.

The doll has red palms and a red dot on her forehead. The clothing is authentic India dress.
