Wounaan Indian Hidden Tagua Frog Carving-Panama 20120410L

While there is no signature or initials I’m sure this is Gerinino Negria’s work. His style is distinctive. And this is a fine example of his work.

I call it hidden because he has wrapped the frog in leaves. He did it SO well that it is difficult to photograph the piece. I can’t find an angle that really shows how nice it is.
