Wounaan Indian Woven Chunga Duck Bill Bird Mask-Panama 20121911mm

This Super Duck Bill Bird Mask is another example of the artist talent in Panama. Look at the blending of the colors in the chunga fiber.  These masks are made by the same artists that make the famous Panama baskets. They are designed to decorate a wall.  

It measures 10" from the beak to the back of the head and is about 6" tall. These colors are rather rare. The bird looks more like a duck but who knows in the land of Enchantment.  The attention to detail is admirable.
