Folks, this is a really interesting insect tagua carving. I have no idea what the bug is called but as far as the carving goes,... it is great.

First off, the artist left the husk or covering of the tagua nut on the back and legs. This adds a lot of color. Then there is a large natural inclusion on the back and head. This is a natural process that occurs in tagua. Check it out, maybe this carving will fit in your collection.
