This is a super tagua Gecko carving.

I use to live in a warehouse/apartment on the banks of the Panama Canal. At night I loved watching the ships pass by. But a bonus was watching the geckos on the windows catch bugs that were attracted by the lights in the apartment. Hey, it beats counting your toes...

I suppose it has been in our inventory for 20 years or more. And look at the condition...these carvings will be here after I am gone. No wonder tagua is called vegetable ivory.
