This carved Tagua ring has a heart design. The little heart is painted red. Size-wise it fits my pinkie. I bought a ring sizer and it comes in as a 7. So measure your current rings in the jewelry box and if you get a 7 we are in business!!

Now if that is too much trouble just hang it on a gold chain and give it to your girl. Of course you have to buy a gold chain. I think I would start out measuring...
